We ("API VERSA OU", an Estonian Company) provide an IPv6 Tunnelbroker service that allows clients to establish an IPv6 tunnel over an existing IPv4 network. This service is designed to facilitate access to IPv6 connectivity for users who do not have native IPv6 support from their Internet Service Provider("ISP"). In this Policy, the word "Service" and "Services" will be used to refer to the aforementioned Tunnelbroker Service. Client(s) will refer to those that have purchased the Service or are using the Free Service. "Us" also refers to "We" as previously defined.
2) Usage Restrictions
Permitted Usage: The Service is intended solely for legitimate and lawful network operations. Clients are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, fraud, or unauthorized network access.
Reselling Prohibited: Clients are not allowed to resell, sublease, or transfer the Service without prior written consent from Us.
Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and RIPE NCC policies concerning the use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service if any illegal activity is detected or RIPE NCC policies are broken.
3) Service Options
/64 Block: Provided for free, this option includes a 100Mb/s connection speed and does not include Reverse DNS (RDNS) or Shared Whois Project (SWIP) of the IP addresses.
/48 BlocK: Available for €5 per month, this option includes a 1Gb/s connection speed, along with RDNS and SWIP of the IP addresses.
4) RDNS and SWIP Management
/64 Block: No RDNS or SWIP is provided for this option.
/48 BlocK: We will manage RDNS and SWIP records for clients who choose the /48 block option. Clients must provide the necessary information to set up RDNS and SWIP as part of the service.
5) Service Availability
We endeavor to maintain continuous availability of the Service. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any downtime or loss of connectivity related to the use of the Service.
6) Support
We provide support related to the Tunnelbroker Service, including assistance with tunnel setup, IPv6 configurations, and RDNS/SWIP management for the /48 block. However, support does not extend to managing the client’s internal network or resolving issues unrelated to the Tunnelbroker Service.
7) Billing and Payment
Payment Terms: The /64 block is offered for free. The /48 block is billed at €5 per month. Payment is required in advance, and Services will not commence until payment is received.
Refunds: No refunds are offered for the Service, except where required by law.
8) Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Service if this Policy is violated or the Service is used for purposes not permitted under this Policy. We may also terminate the Service if we for some reason lose access to the Service ourselves, such as in a dispute with RIPE or a provider. If due to a dispute between a provider or RIPE, we may choose to offer the client the option to have the Service re-numbered instead. Clients may terminate the lease of Service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining lease period. To request termination, a client may contact us using the methods provided on our website (https://www.apiversa.com).
9) Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10) Amendments and Changes
We reserves the right to amend or change this Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to this Policy.
11) Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
